RN Registered Nurse is usually the first member of our team to come to your home. The RN will explain homecare services to you, your support system and will encourage you to participate in your care.

LVNLicensed Vocational Nurse will be the nurse who visits your home most often to provide skilled nursing interventions including injections, wound care and teaching.

PT Physical Therapist will assess your mobility, strength, endurance and ROM on the first visit. Based on the results of your assessment, the PT will recommend a treatment plan based on goals that are important to you.

OT Occupational Therapist will assess your ability to perform your meal preparation, bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting (ADLs). The OT will then discuss the assessment with you and will develop a treatment plan based on goals you have for yourself.

We meet all requirements as governed by the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Medicare Certification and State Licensure through the Department of Health Services and certified by Joint Commission.
